My name is Chip Adams and I am an Account Manager based in our Lititz Office. My role includes offering network services, solutions, and office automation devices.
I have worked at Edwards for over 24 years and one of the things that stands out to me about Edwards is the number of employees that have been with our company for many years. This translates over to our customers and helps us keep our customers longer as well. They feel like they’re not just another number.
So how do we do that? We visit our customers regularly. With those visits, we try to answer any questions/concerns they may have as well as bring them up to speed with the different offerings Edwards has.
When I am not at work, I am involved with my church as a choir director and cantor. I also like to play golf as well as spend time with my grandchildren.
